the room had everything i needed (i especially liked the option to open the window). the bar area was good too, it offered free tea and coffee. it was nice. the walk from the s bahn after getting in from the airport was also very short. i found this very convenient!
during my stay, i noticed it was difficult to get ice for the room due to a limited supply.

my pillow did not have a sheet on arrival. it revealed how dirty the pillow was. the room also lacked water glasses, and there was no fridge.

the check-in process felt unnecessarily slow it seemed the computer system struggled to keep up this caused a significant delay. despite being offered a voucher for the bar i never used it and it felt less generous than previous visits. the breakfast quality has noticeably declined it seemed like cheaper ingredients were used and the selection wasn't as appealing.

uncleaned roomno fridge
The lack of cleanliness was a big issue for me. my room clearly hadn't been cleaned properly before my arrival. i was also disappointed there was no fridge or kettle in the room. I expected more for the price i paid. it felt a bit stingy, honestly, especially with no complimentary water provided either.
