st pauli delight
room option short walk
the room had everything i needed (i especially liked the option to open the window). the bar area was good too, it offered free tea and coffee. it was nice. the walk from the s bahn after getting in from the airport was also very short. i found this very convenient!
during my stay, i noticed it was difficult to get ice for the room due to a limited supply.

dirty pillow lack of fridge
my pillow did not have a sheet on arrival. it revealed how dirty the pillow was. the room also lacked water glasses, and there was no fridge.

slow check-in reduced breakfast quality
the check-in process felt unnecessarily slow it seemed the computer system struggled to keep up this caused a significant delay. despite being offered a voucher for the bar i never used it and it felt less generous than previous visits. the breakfast quality has noticeably declined it reminded me of cheaper ingredients were used and the selection wasn't as appealing.

underwhelming stay near the reeperbahn
uncleaned room no fridge
The lack of cleanliness was a big issue for me. my room clearly hadn't been cleaned properly before my arrival. i was also disappointed there was no fridge or kettle in the room. I expected more for the price i paid. it felt a bit stingy, honestly, especially with no complimentary water provided either.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to multiple transportation options. The hotel maintains cleanliness, and the rooms are quite spacious. The air conditioning worked very well. The design has a stylish blue decor.
